OUR PROCESS IS SLOW AND SIMPLE

We source a variety of organic grains from Canadian farms and grind them in small batches with our Austrian-built granite stone mill; adjusting for desired coarseness as needed. This ancient way of producing flour preserves richness and leaves nutrients intact.
